Add a new document
This process is different to the other instructions.
Adding documents is done in WordPress.
You can upload the following document formats in your Media Library:
Images
.gif
.heic (default image format for the Apple iPhone)
.jpeg, .jpg
.png
Documents
.doc, .docx (Microsoft Word Document)
.key (Apple Keynote Presentation)
.odt (OpenDocument Text Document)
.pdf (Portable Document Format; Adobe Acrobat)
.ppt, .pptx, .pps, .ppsx (Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation)
.xls, .xlsx (Microsoft Excel Document)
Videos
Videos are best when they are embedded from another hosting website, such as YouTube or Vimeo.

WordPress have provided detailed instructions that will help you understand how to upload new documents into the website.
Once done, you can use the document link in your Divi content or in a Divi button as a hyperlink.
